Multiple victims in Missouri shooting, reports say

Shots have been fired inside a business in St. Louis, Missouri, CNN reports.
Reports say multiple people have been shot.
At least a dozen police cars and two ambulances responded to the scene.
Fox News is reporting that four people are dead but that has not been otherwise confirmed.
