West Nile cases confirmed in Alberta

Alberta Health Services say the first two confirmed human cases of the West Nile virus this year have surfaced in Southern Alberta.
The man and woman who are both between the ages of 44 and 55, came down with the virus earlier this month.
Officials are reminding all Albertans to take precautions outdoors by wearing
insect repellent with DEET, wearing long-sleeved, light-coloured shirts and pants, and hats.
Individuals with West Nile may experience fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, skin rash, swollen glands and headache.
