Getting a better night’s sleep may be as simple as ditching the pyjamas.
Experts at the Edinburgh Sleep Centre tell the Daily Mail newspaper, sleeping in the nude helps your body regulate temperature, allowing it to stay asleep.
A U.S study also found, people who stay cool at night have higher levels of healthy fat, and burn more calories during the day than those who sleep in warm bedrooms.
Partners who sleep naked have also been shown to have better relationships.
