Bigfoot enthisasts may have caught a big break!
One Calgary based researcher says he’s found the DNA evidence to at least prove the legendary creature does exist and there are some living between the BC and Alberta border.
Todd Standing has been tracking the elusive and some say “mythical” creature for years now, leaving apples for them.
Standing, who tells 660News he’s had several close encounters, is hoping by going to the media, he will get a genetcist to help him defnitely prove once and for all, sasquatches are real.
“It’s an extremely rare species that is completely elusive, when they show themselves and people see them, I think 99 per cent of the time it’s because they let themselves be known,” he said.
He even provided results from a DNA test from a piece of hair at he found near Radium B.C..
It showed the follicle he found was 100 per cent homo sapien but also 99 per cent chimpanizee.
He’s currently selling his documentary online through a “Kickstarter” campaign to further fund his research which he hopes one day will include aerial drones, to track the creatures for months at a time.
