Calgary housing starts still falling

Housing starts continue to plunge on a year over year basis in Calgary.

According to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, there were 1,078 units started in October this year.

That’s down from 1,410 over the same time period last year.

So far on the year, there have been more than 4,304 fewer homes started this year compared to 2014.
