Charges laid in southeast shooting case

Two men have been charged following a shooting in the southeast community of Radisson Heights.
On Tuesday morning, Calgary police responded to calls of shots being fired into a woman’s home in the 2700 block of 10th Ave S.E.
Officers recovered a 9mm long barrel gun and shell casings from the scene.
Police have now charged one man with reckless discharge of a firearm, as well as several other weapons offenses.
A second man, who was wanted on warrants for assault, robbery and possession of a dangerous weapon was also arrested. He lived in the unit beside the home where the bullets were fired.
