Mounties have recovered the body of a Strathmore man, who has been missing for months.
Strathmore RCMP was called last Thursday about a body found on the shore of the Bow River, southeast of Carseland.
With the help of the Calgary medical examiner, officials identified the remains of Michael Ully, a 41-year-old who went missing last November.
The RCMP does not believe the death is suspicious and it’s not looking for any suspects.
Police and Ully’s family are thanking the public and search teams who worked to find Ully in the last few months.
