Police say missing Hamilton-area boy found dead

Hamilton Police say the search for a missing Ontario boy has ended in tragedy.
The body of 12-year-old Finnigan Danne was located just half an hour after an Amber Alert was issued Sunday afternoon.
In a news statement, police said Danne was reported missing Saturday morning.
He was last seen at his Dundas, Ont. home.
Police said they were concerned about the boy’s safety because he suffered from a neuromuscular disorder and had limited mobility without a wheelchair.
An autopsy has been scheduled and no further details will be released at this time.
