The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled several products from HelloFRESH.
There’s a risk the meal kits, that are delivered to homes, could be contaminated with salmonella.
The CFIA is recalling products that contain the HelloFRESH brand sesame seeds in the Toasted Brown Rice Bowl Meal Kit that were delivered between January 9th and 10th.
They were sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
No illnesses have been reported in connection to the food, and the recall was triggered by HelloFRESH.
Salmonella poisoning can cause short term fever, nausea, vomiting and headache.
Call your doctor if you think you have gotten sick, and throw out the recalled product if you have it.
