In 2018, police laid charges against Dr. Keith Mordin Hoyte, 73, after an investigation revealed he had touched patients sexually during exams.
Now, police have laid fifteen additional charges against Hoyte after 13 more complaints were made against him — with allegations spanning from 1987 to 2013.
