Calgary man killed in weekend Highway 22 motorcycle crash

RCMP say a motorcyclist involved in a crash west of the city on Saturday afternoon has died.
Mounties say a car had slowed down to turn left off Highway 22 just north of Cochrane.
Other vehicles slowed down as well and the motorcyclist hit several of the stopped vehicles.
The 23-year-old man from Calgary was rushed to hospital but police say he died of his injuries.
This is the second deadly motorcycle-involved collision in the area this month.
On May 1, a 71-year-old motorcyclist died after losing control and hitting the ditch along Highway 22 near Redwood Meadows.
