Calgary Stampede announces this year’s musical performers

The Coca-Cola stage at this year’s Calgary Stampede seems to have something for everyone, no matter your music taste.

The line-up for the outdoor music experience was released Wednesday, highlighting some of the headliners set to take the stage over the 10-day festival.

Big names making an appearance include Vance Joy, Jessie Reyez, Orville Peck, Calgary-born Tegan and Sara, Jimmy Eat World, AJR, Mother Mother, Fletcher, and more.

“From rock to hip hop, to pop and EDM, this multi-genre lineup has something for everyone,” Kyle Russell, director of Stampede programming at The Calgary Stampede, said in an announcement Wednesday.

“It’s rare that you can see a Grammy-nominated rapper one night and then take in a Juno award-winning rock duo the next. The Coca-Cola Stage is truly unique to The Calgary Stampede and part of what makes it The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth.”

This is the second year the stage will be on the southwest end of Stampede Park, along the bank of the Elbow River.

Earlier this week, the performers for The Big Four Roadhouse at Stampede Park were announced.

Some of the names included on that list include Cheat Codes, Lil Yachty, X Ambassadors, and Jersey Shore’s DJ Pauly D.

Other stars paying a visit to Calgary via the Nashville North venue are Billy Currington, Dallas Smith, Elle King, Eli Young Band, High Valley, James Barker Band, Jess Moskaluke, and more.

All concerts at the Coca-Cola Stage and Nashville North are free with admission to The Stampede, as are Big Four concerts, with the exception of Saturday, July 9.
