As the leaves turn and the air gets crisp, Calgarians prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving on Monday.

Temperatures are expected to take a turn over the weekend — whether you’re planning a cozy dinner inside or a day out with family, here’s a guide to what’s open and closed across the city:

Attractions

  • Calgary Zoo/Wilder Institute: Open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last entry at 5 p.m.)
  • Heritage Park Historical Village: Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with special Thanksgiving programming
  • TELUS Spark Science Centre: Open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Halloween-themed exhibits
  • Calgary Tower: Open with regular hours
  • Studio Bell – National Music Centre: Open
