‘Roofing contractor’ wanted for alleged harassment in 2023: Calgary police

A man working as a roofing contractor is wanted for allegedly harassing and verbally threatening people encountered on the job in 2023, Calgary police said Tuesday.
The alleged acts aren’t explained by officers, only that 31-year-old Chun Yu Zhu, who goes by John, is wanted on five criminal charges.
Those are criminal harassment, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, failure to comply with a release order, failure to comply with an undertaking, and failure to attend court.
Investigators say they’ve made “numerous” attempts to find Zhu, now turning to the public for information to help their search.
He is described as being 6’3″ tall, around 200 pounds, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone with information about Zhu to call them at 403-266-1234 or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
