1 arrested after stabbing in SE Calgary: police

One person is in hospital, and a suspect has been arrested after a stabbing in the city’s southeast Friday, Calgary police said.

Officers responded to reports of a stabbing over on the CTrain station on 3 Street and 7 Avenue SE before 10:30 p.m.

They say one person was rushed to hospital in stable condition.

Police say a suspect was found and arrested shortly after.

An investigation is underway.
