Strathmore celebrates 100

The town in the shadow of Calgary is celebrating birthday number 100.

Strathmore was incorporated in 1911 and celebrates it’s centennial this weekend.

Mayor of Strathmore, Steve Grajczyk tells 660News the community is full of western charm and hospitality.

Saturday there are plenty of family events scheduled, with a centennial clock being unveiled at noon downtown.
