Local foundation granting wedding wishes to the terminally ill

A new non-profit called the Wishing Well Wedding & Event Foundation has launched in Calgary.
It will grant wishes of weddings, vow renewals, and end of life celebrations to people impacted by terminal illness.
The wish recipients must be diagnosed with less than five years to live.
The foundation was created by wedding and event professionals, vendors, and volunteers in Calgary.
A fundraiser gala dinner is being held March 17 at the Calgary Zoo.
