Neubecker was previously convicted on several other charges including:

  • sexual interference

  • accessing child pornography
  • possession of child pornography
  • indecent exposure to a minor

Police say most of his crimes were committed in the Calgary area.

Neubecker is described as approximately six feet tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police have also released his photo.

“The Calgary Police Service is issuing this information and warning after careful deliberation and consideration of all related issues, including privacy concerns,” reads the release.

Police say they believe it is a matter of public interest to advise the community of his release.

He will be monitored by the police high-risk offender program and is subject to a peace bond.
