Glenbow Museum to host animation extravaganza

An animation exhibition explaining how Mickey Mouse, Avatar and everything in between, came to life is coming to Calgary this year.
The Glenbow Museum will be the only facility in Canada to host the British-developed ‘Watch Me Move: The Story of Animation’ when it arrives in October.
It’s set to draw tens of thousands of visitors.
Calgary’s contract for the exhibition means it won’t be displayed anywhere else in the country for at least five years.
According to the Sun, the show will feature about 100 pieces including claymation, models and drawings from artists, photographers and filmmakers, including Walt Disney.
It will be at the Glenbow from October 8th until December 24th, before it gets shipped off to Taiwan.
