In an interview, Lethbridge College Faculty Associaiton President Dr. Geraldine Joosse said the main issue between the two sides is the institution’s Strategic Plan.

“We take no pleasure in reporting these numbers, but we also have to transparent because we’re bound to do that,” Joosee said. “This was a mechanism for faculty to present their perspectives to the board and to the Ministry of Education, I can only state that the numbers speak for themselves and that they’ve been roughly the same for two years in a row.”

Joosee while Joosee says there’s been work with administration on figuring out the issues, they are not yet resolved.

Burns will reportedly be speaking later on Tuesday.
