Calgary schools celebrate Chinese New Year

Two schools in the northwest are celebrating the Chinese New Year.
Mandarin Bilingual Program Students at Highwood School are welcoming the Year of the Rooster with a special performance at the Jubilee Auditorium Monday night.
It features Chinese songs, martial arts demonstrations, and a traditional lion dance.
Students at Marion Carson School are holding a Chinese New Year show Tuesday night in the school gym.
