CALGARY (660 NEWS) – The Calgary McDonalds located at 20 Riverglen Drive Southeast has shut down after one of its employees tested positive for COVID-19.
The employee was confirmed to have a case on June 10.
Out of an abundance of caution the fast-food restaurant shut down immediately so it could be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
The location says all crew members who may have had contact with the infected employee have been asked to self-quarantine.
The employee worked their last shift on June 6, and any guests who may have visited the restaurant on that day is asked to speak with AHS.
McDonald’s say they are working on a timeline on when they can re-open.
