      The Premier’s Stampede Breakfast was held Monday in Calgary, where UCP caucus members joined Danielle Smith, as she tried to flip some pancakes along with some political comments. Henna Saeed reports.

      Another day, another pancake breakfast.

      A Calgary Stampede staple — Premier Danielle Smith is taking the reins (or the spatula) Monday morning at the Premier’s Stampede Breakfast.

      The event began at 7 a.m. and will run until 9 a.m. at the city’s McDougall Centre.

      Smith will be joined by members of her caucus at the griddle, serving up flapjacks, sausages, and eggs.

      There is also live music.
