Wednesday will be a scorcher in Calgary on day six of the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth as temperatures are forecast to hit the mid-30s.
Here what’s happening today at the Calgary Stampede:
BMO Kids’ Day
Wednesday is all about the little ones at the Calgary Stampede — it’s BMO Kids’ Day.
There will be a free pancake breakfast in the GMC Stadium Courtyard from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. while quantities last.
A free variety show is also happening from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
It’s free admission all day for kids 12 and under and free admission for everyone until 10 a.m.

Rodeo, Chuckwagon Races & Grandstand Show
The rodeo kicks off at 1:30 p.m. each day.
The Evening Show, including the chuckwagon races and Grandstand show follows the rodeo each day at GMC Stadium at 7:45 p.m.
