Calgary police seek help in search for suspects in targeted NE Redstone shooting

Calgary Police are on the lookout for the suspects in a late-night Saturday shooting in Redstone.

Calgary police are searching for suspects in what they believe was a targeted shooting in the northeast community of Redstone on Saturday.

It happened when several rounds were fired into a home on the 100 block of Redstone Common at around 10:30 p.m.

Police responded to the scene and found that no injuries were sustained because nobody was home.

They also say the suspects fled the scene before their arrival and are still on the loose.

An investigation is ongoing.

In the meantime, officers are asking the public for any CCTV footage or witness accounts about this event.

Police ask anyone with information about this incident to call them at 403-266-1234 or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
