A woman is facing charges following a months-long investigation into a string of thefts at Calgary gym locker rooms.
Police say they began investigating in March 2026 after receiving reports of wallets, bank cards, and identification stolen from lockers at City of Calgary recreation facilities.
Investigators later linked two of the thefts to separate incidents at the Southland Leisure Centre on Jan. 30 and Feb. 15.
Officers executed a search warrant at a home in High River on April 15 where they recovered stolen identification documents during the search.
Nicole Kathryn Kiser, 37, of High River, has been charged with four counts of possessing a stolen credit card and four counts of theft under $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
The investigation is ongoing.
Police say there have been 60 similar locker‑room thefts reported across Calgary since last November.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 403‑266‑1234 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
