Calgary police looking for vehicle linked to fatal Martindale shooting

Calgary police are looking for a vehicle they believe is linked to a fatal shooting in Martindale on Saturday.

The shooting happened around 3 p.m. in the 100 block of Martindale Boulevard NE.

Police found a man with what appeared to be gunshot wounds dead at the scene. Two other victims were also shot and transported to hospital in life-threatening condition.

Investigators issued a plea to the public Sunday, asking for help in finding a black, 2008 Acura TL.

Members of the public are advised not to approach the vehicle if they find it, as the occupants may be armed.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police at 403-266-1234 or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
