2021 Calgary crash suspect wanted

Calgary police are looking for a man who failed to appear in court in connection with a 2021 crash that left one person dead and sent two others, including a baby, to hospital.

Damon William Wilson, 31, was supposed to appear in court for charges connected to the death of 21-year-old Blade Crow Pantherbone, but police say he did not show up.

Pantherfoot was walking with his girlfriend and baby along Macleod Trail near Chinook Mall in the city’s northwest when all three were hit in February of that year.

Aliyah Ramirez-Bernard and her daughter were sent to hospital in serious, life-threatening condition.

Charges were laid in August 2021.
